It's been another hectic week. I think I underestimated how much time I was going to need to spend on Lutherfest; not to mention, how tired I would be afterwards. It was pretty much all day Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the week was broken up by doctor appointments plus volleyball and soccer games, so not a lot got done on my list.
1) Women of the Bible block plus some filler blocks. Yes. This one is Delilah. I also got some of the filler blocks done.
Four patches plus some flying geese. Once the hst's are trimmed, they will become pinwheels. I can already see I will need to order some more black and white. I think I got two yards of each, and it is getting used up quickly.

2) Bind Karen’s Christmas quilt. No.
3) Make samples for guild workshop. No.
4) Spend 30 minutes a day cleaning up the sewing room. No.
My list didn't get much attention...I will make a new one and hope for the best.
1) Bind Karen's Christmas quilt.
2) Make Gloria some hearts from her husband's shirts.
3) Make samples for guild workshop.
4) Spend 30 minutes a day cleaning up the sewing room.
5) Cut some squares for my Journey quilt.
6) Make another Women of the Bible quilt block.
That's enough for now. I may edit the list later if I think of something else. I want to see what I have on the shelf already quilted that I can donate to hurricane relief. There may be a few I could let go since it is a good cause.
We have quilt guild Thursday, and I am teaching the workshop on bargello quilts. It should be fun. There are volleyball games tonight and Thursday night and soccer games on Saturday. I am happy to be busy.
I am linking this to Quilt Schmit. Have a wonderful, productive week and good luck on your to-do list!
Your fall decorations look beautiful, especially on that gorgeous piece of furniture! Hope you have a less hectice week.
ReplyDeleteHope things settle down for you--and me too! I'm missing my all-day sewing time!
