Crisis Averted

Remember this disaster?

I soaked it in Dawn and cold water. I also put a color catcher in there and kept swishing it around. I rinsed it in more cold water and laid it out on a towel. After it dried a bit, I check it, and I think it is going to be okay!

As far as I can tell, the migrated dye is gone. I'm so relieved! In fact, I felt so encouraged, I started a new cross stitch. It is the sampler one I bought a few months ago: 

I ordered the one-color floss one to start in February, but I thought I could work on this in the meantime.
