I have been staying busy with little stuff. I needed to piece a backing for a quilt I will get quilted later this week.
I had to match the “boards”, and I did a pretty good job on it. I am ready to do another QOV. I got the backing loaded and decided I needed to iron the top.
It will be beautiful once it’s done. I’m stalling trying to figure out a thread color and a quilting pattern. Here’s a picture of our meatless Monday entree:
Zucchini, black beans, rice, fire-roasted tomatoes, and bell pepper. I put plenty of Colby jack cheese on top, and it was super good.
